On-Site Power Intelligence ("the Tool") is a free, browser-based planning estimator for behind-the-meter (BTM) electricity feasibility at AI data center sites. It compares on-site generation scenarios (gas turbine, reciprocating engine, fuel cell, solar + battery, and verified hybrid and nuclear PPA reference cases) using public data from EIA, NREL, SEC EDGAR, GridLab, state PSC filings, and other government and industry sources.
This tool does not constitute investment, legal, or engineering advice. All outputs are planning-grade estimates intended for early-stage screening only.
Before any commitment, verify every output with the serving utility, OEMs, EPC contractors, and qualified legal counsel.
You may use the Tool for any lawful purpose, including commercial site screening, internal analysis, investment committee materials, and academic research. You may export results (PDF, screenshots) and incorporate them into your own documents.

Data is drawn from third-party sources whose accuracy we cannot guarantee. We document known corrections publicly at data-sources.html, but undiscovered errors may remain.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, On-Site Power Intelligence, its authors, contributors, and operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Tool, including but not limited to financial loss from siting decisions, engineering rework, regulatory penalties, or missed schedule windows.
You assume full responsibility for any decision made on the basis of Tool outputs.
The Tool's source code and model are released for use under permissive open-source terms (no royalty, no attribution required for results you export).

We may update these Terms when the Tool's scope, data sources, or legal landscape changes. Material changes will be announced in CHANGELOG.md in the public repository. Continued use of the Tool after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of California.
